Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>This dataset delineates the boundary of the Boulder City Conservation Easement (BCCE), an area of over 87,000 acres established in 1995. Located within the jurisdictional boundaries of Boulder City, Nevada, the BCCE is managed by the Clark County Desert Conservation Program (DCP). It was created as a condition of the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP) to preserve a large, contiguous area of habitat. The easement is managed to retain the area in a natural condition and prevent uses that would impair its conservation value.</span></p></div></div></div>
