Building Sketch - Search by Assessor parcel number

The majority of building sketches are now available online.

Enter the Assessor Parcel Number in the lower right corner, under Building Sketch Search, and click on the Get Sketch button. Example: 125-33-112-031 These building sketches are for viewing and reference purposes. They are used for Assessment purposes only.

The building sketches that may not be available on-line are condominiums, multiple buildings on one lot and some commercial buildings. Sketches that are not available online can be requested by calling (702) 455-3882.

The majority of building sketches have been converted from electronic images, however, some building sketches were scanned from hand drawn copies. Therefore, the quality of each building sketch will vary.
